Help answer this question below.

My husband is an alcoholic and a drug addict and he wants to fight me for custody of our 10 month old daughter. What are his chances?

    Depends on the State. If you live in KY I pitty you. They do nothing for their children, period. However, if you live in a larger State, CA, TX, FL, etc you can find help but you still have to look and do most of this on your own. Don't shut up keep talking to anyone that will listen to you and keep bugging those that are suppose to be working for you. The wheel that makes the loudest noise still gets fixed first. Good luck!
