No, but it can be masked. I haven't had any therapy/skill building (yet), but I've found that I can appear more "mainstream"/normal by mimicry. It's trial-and-error (thankfully I figured most of it out during my teens!) and people tend to see me as a smidgen eccentric, but those who get to know me know that I don't usually mean any malice by my words and actions. When I do, however, I am not subtle or passive-aggressive about it at all. (I tend to bring up my grievances and if the issues are not addressed, I cease communication. I figure it's better not to waste my time with second guessing, petty arguments, or petty people.)

I've also found that studying a little psychology and related sciences and applying that knowledge in much the same way as a computer would transcode a video file allows one to substitute logic for social instinct.
It's a little slower and less accurate, like emulating Windows under Linux, but it is usually good enough to fool most people. A sense of humor helps too; dry wit works nicely and is easy to learn.
