Why might someone be tired?

At 72 I'm sleeping, on the average, 10 hours of the 24 and it's in bed (no daylight naps). Should I be concerned that this is too much?

Ask a doctor about having a sleep study done, you may have a sleep disorder preventing you from getting a restful sleep.

I sleep anywhere from- 2-14 hrs and I am always tired. Once I slept for 87hours straight. Still tired.
