Help answer this question below.

We have heat-seeking missiles today, but what would it take to build heat-seeking bullets? Could they be programmed to only target specific body parts? Or only specific people?

    • How about Radar seeking? (my question was edited) And tech does get smaller every year so it should be possible soon.

    • Tell that to the army -- they're working on it right now.

    • We have precision guided bombs. They don't have their own propulsion. So, that is not a factor with bullets.
