i did check out the lemon laws in my state (i had to omit this on my original post because of the text limit) and my car does not qualify because it had over 100,000 miles when i purchased it.
wondering if a skilled lawyer could help at all....
im considering 'voluntary surrender'as a solution of desperation.

You're reading How do i get out of a loan on my lemon-of-a-car? i dont need it so tried to sell it but no one buys it. im willing to take a $3000 loss on the note but no one wants it. now i find out it needs its 2nd transmission replacement in 10 months! please help!
