If a 5-year-old did just as well on an IQ test as a 20-year-old who scored a 121, what will the 5-year-old's score be?

    The IQ test is a relative score that relates the physical age of the child to the mental age. If a 10 year old has the mind of a 12 year old, the child scores 120 on the IQ test. In your example, the 5 year olds score would be 121. That would mean that the 5 year old would have the mental age of a 6 year old.
