Generally speaking you have two options. If your phone has a replaceable front housing (which is common among Nokia phones especially,) you can just buy a new housing for it from your cell dealer...he may even install it for you free. The second, if you do not have a replaceable housing and the scratch is on your screen, you might go to a car dealer and ask them for a liquid scratch remover for light assemblies. DO NOT USE a paste type as it will ruin the screen. You must use a clean chamois for this process, anything else will ruin your screen as well. You can get the chamois at a car parts dealer like Carquest or Advance Auto Parts, but they may or may not have the plastic scratch remover you need. Don't get the cheapest...you can use what's left on the headlights on your car!

    • Ok...but will this remove a scratch if it's NOT on the screen?
