    While the big bang in and of itself was silent, I was able to find numerous links to stories about researchings using the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP), which was launched by NASA in 2001, to calculate what the first million years of the universe sounded like, compressed into approximately 5 minutes: http://www.astro.virginia.edu/~dmw8f/sounds/cdromfiles/first1myr.wav.
