I am surprised that he feels your vagina is too loose, unless his penis is extremely narrow. The question still needs to be raised as to how he made a comparison to be able to tell that you were 'loose'. I am not sure if you have had any other men, otherwide you would know what size he is compared to other men and would probably have insulted him by telling him that you could hold a pencil tighter than you can hold him.

Actually, there's a way to prove to yourself how good your muscle control and 'tightness' are. Insert a pencil, sharp end down, into your vagina partway, and try to grip it. If you can manage that then you have absolutely no problems. You (ex?)boyfriend, however, has some serious issues that you really don't need him dumping on you.

I also would suggest you dump him and find someone who isn't paranoid.
