If Evolution is 'just' a theory, even though there is plenty of scientific proof it certainly does exist, why then is 'Creationism,' let alone 'God' not viewed as a theory as well?

Theory is theory whatever community that it comes from. The theory attempts to explain the way something works. Therefore there can be no absolutes as far as theory is concerned. There must always be room for further understanding until the theory becomes absolute. The origins of the world according to man's understanding are not absolute they are still theories that are open to interpretation and further development as it the theory of creation!
That having been said the bible declares from God's point of view which is absolute if you believe in him because He instigated it all. The argument is over faith, whether you believe it or not!
