Help answer this question below.

What are the best remedies for a 1 year old with a bad cold. i think she may be getting the flu. i want to nip this in the bud before it's full blown

    Give her juice that has a high concentration of zinc. Zinc is the natural cold killer and has been proven to make colds less severe or make them end quicker.

    The only juice I have heard of with zinc in it is a SOBE drink called "Lizzard Blizz" it's white. I know there's gotta be a juice that doesn't have as much sugar, but I don't know any specific examples.
