Is it true that marijuana doesn't affect you the first time you smoke it?

I honestly believe that it's because the person smokes it incorrectly the first time.

I bought my first bag of marijuana. I also bought some papers and a lighter. My first roll was absolutely horrible. The first time I smoked, I didn't get high at all. People get nervous when they step into the world of drugs.

Later that night I kept rolling until I had a decent joint. I went up and poured a nice bath, lit a candle and had a nice glass of wine. I put the joint in a dry place and waitted until I was completely relaxed. I smoked the joint properly, sucking in with my lips and inhaling deeply into my lungs as they expanded. Then I exhaled.

The joint was gone but I wasn't high. Little did I know this was creeper weed. It sneaks up on you. 5 minutes later I noticed that the bathroom felt like it was moving, the candlelight amplified this effect.

I went down and listened to techno and ordered a pizza. My first and best high :)

Purely has to do with inhaling it properly.

Also, alcohol tends to amplify the effects of marijuana, so the wine probably helped that along. ^_^
