At 72 I'm sleeping, on the average, 10 hours of the 24 and it's in bed (no daylight naps). Should I be concerned that this is too much?

Well, the fact is when you have a full erection you cannot urinate. So it makes sense that t avoid urination, the body would cause an erection to block the urine.
