I doubt it, but if your paranoia gets you to stop, more power to you! Why on earth would you start smoking at 15? I've had a few cigarettes, but there's no benefit. The "calm" most people get is just the withdrawal stopping. (See how keyed up people get if you take away their cigs!)

I think people should have a right to smoke and drink, but if you aren't old enough to buy them completely (and legally) on your own, you have no business doing it.
