What would oyu do if your boyfriend decides to break up with you because he found a break up letter, but you weren't going to use it?

    Let your (ex) boyfriend know that the feelings you expressed in the letter were feelings of anger and frustration that you've kept inside, and that writing them down instead of yelling them out was a way for you to vent your emotions without causing a fight with him. Make sure he understands that it wasn't a letter for him really,...but for you. It's important that you let out your emotions, or else the leftover anger would cause you to snap. And if writing them down in the form of a letter is your way to do it,...then do it. It's healthy, and if your boyfriend doesn't understand that...then he isn't smart enough to be with you anyways.
