I took my 2000 Honda Accord Coupe to a mechanic, he says my engine mounts are broken... $1,200. Does that sound right?

    i dont know much about honda's but i have replaced motor mounts in a few cars not really a hard job to do it yourself all you should need is a jack to suport the engine and some basic tools to remove the mount i suggest that u buy a chiltons manule witch are avibel at any parts store

    • I just changed the engine mounts on a 350 chev motor in a 1956 model 210, its a piece of cake, the parts cost A$120, So have a go and save some money.
