Funnily, if it is "the top level" of heaven, in a way it is a cul de sac, aka "dead end street" " no exit" in English- there is nowhere else to go- higher, sideway or downwards (backwards by reversing or turning around but one would not want to do that in Heaven!) So if that was intended as an offensive comment,it had more truth than kinetic-spirit intended!
