Question

Help answer this question below.

I suspect a rodent of some type in my house. I have heard it in the walls and recently found it's "droppings" in our utility closet. How do I get rid of it?

    inconsequential

The traditional mouse trap with the spring-loaded lever is still the most effective (no-one's built a better one).

You can also buy humane traps that capture, not kill, but be prepared to drive and dump the contents a long distance from your house. If you dump them in your yard, they'll just come in again. Plus, where there's one mouse, there are usually bunches.

In either case, use them as directed. They need to be against walls and corners.
