APO 300 calles up either a Nizatidine Capsule or a Lithium Carbonate capsule. Neither one is considered a "pill." My bet is that you have the Lithium. it is a flesh colored capsule and could be described as "orange."

NIZATIDINE (Axid®) is a type of antihistamine that blocks the release of stomach acid. Nizatidine is used to treat gastric and duodenal ulcers.

    Lithium carbonate 300 mg:
Each flesh-colored capsule, size No. 2, imprinted APO 300, contains: lithium carbonate 300 mg, useful in preventing or diminishing the frequency of subsequent relapses in bipolar manic-depressive patients

    • My friend gave me those same pills for sleep. She told me that they were Lithium pills. However, I have the same shape capsules only white w/ 112 on them and they are Neurontin/Gabapentin. That's all the help I can provide.
