2 Samuel 20... a man is called the son of a Bichri and he shames that clan through his actions thus making "you son of a Bichri" an insult (note resemblance to "son of a bitch"). Perhaps a mix up of words? Ex: I could care less is commonly used while a couldn't care less is the true phrase
