I recently met someone at work and have become very close to her we have alot in common and have gone out a few times as friends I am ready for more but she is 21 years younger than me should I go for it or wait to find someone closer to my age?

    While there are certainly hurdles to overcome with generational relationships, it does not mean they are all doomed in failure. Feel free to explore the opportunity and see where it leads. There is nothing wrong with developing friendships.

    If you get to a point where you both want a relationship it is important you both understand you will have to deal with a lot of people who will question you.

    Several years ago I was discussing this issue with a friend and he told me something that has stayed with me over the years. "If you truly love someone, do not let barriers stand in the way of your love. Who knows how much time we have left on this earth. It could be 20 years or just 20 days. Enjoy everyday as if it is your last."
