Being tired, thinking and worrying too much about work, expecially things you would normally consider trivial. Sleeplessness, iritability. Whatever you do it should not take over doing what you enjoy and you should always keep a good work/life balance. If your employer doesnt help you to do that then they do not deserve any additional commitment or time from you.
