What does human breast milk taste like and is it good for you?

When it first comes in it can be salty but then it is sweet, like coconut milk. The formilk is thinner then the hindmilk is thicker and creamier.

I have been lactating for 2 years and it has never tasted like my breakfast, lunch or dinner.
