When it first comes in it can be salty but then it is sweet, like coconut milk. The formilk is thinner then the hindmilk is thicker and creamier.
I have been lactating for 2 years and it has never tasted like my breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Do any bottles with disposable liners contain the chemical Bisphenol A?

So, you thought breast milk was for the expectant mother to have a snack while she was pregnant? What did you think babies at when they were born?
Lactation continues as long as you continue to breast feed.
