not sure of exact formula for vinegar but i know it contains acetic acid and the formula for that is CH3COOH

Vinegar does contain acetic acid. It is acetic acid. That which you buy in the stores (white vinegar) is just diluted with water. Apple cider vinegar and red wine vinegar also still contain impurities that are left over from the fruit juice that was fermented to create the acetic acid.
