What's so great about pizza?

    I'm a New Yorker. Pizza is about the crust - thin and crispy. Sauce, cheese and toppings are nice, as is the paper plate and piece of parchment paper that fresh pizza is served on. The point is, pizza that's been in a box is never as good as a piece fresh out of the oven and is always worth the trip to the pizzaria. The fruit of said labor is a truly sublime culinary experience.
