The government holds 4 rights against ALL real estate -
    1. Police Power - right to enforce codes and regulations
    2. Eminent Domain - right to "take" lands for public use. Private land owner receives assessed value plus damages.
    3. Taxation - right to collect property taxes
    4. Escheat - governments reversionary right - if you are a lnd owner and die with no will AND no living heirs, your land goes back to the government.

    Not against the constitution.

    • What about the people's right to imprison presidents for getting elected based on intentional lies to the people like mr. obama? He's lied more, wasted more, and is intentionally trying to destroy our country more then anyone else EVER. He's already tried to give terrorist every chance to go free and tried to charge military, cia, fbi, etc. for interigateing them. Remember the three seals who supposedly hit the guy? I'm SO SURE it's horrible to hit a guy who murdered, burned, and drug people through the streets. Oh but you're progressive? so it's not the terrorist's fault... they are just oppressed people that need to be given everything they want at the expense of the "rich white man"... who does that remind me of? Progressives are the ones rsponsible for our predicament here in the U.S.A. They and their voters deserve to hang in every town square!!
