If you were charged with murder and the prosecution sought the death penalty, what percentage of your personal wealth would you set aside for your defense?

    Little to none. The prosecution wouldn't have a chance, I live in Canada and there is no death penalty. :D

    Guilty or not, I don't fear my own mortality very much, so I would want to leave as much to my family as possible.
