You're reading What is the difference between a frying chicken and a roasting chicken?

I disagree. Oregon's question was clear and should not have been misunderstood. The question was not "What is the difference between roasting a chicken and frying a chicken?" The question was "What is the difference between a frying chicken and a roasting chicken?"
