Please please forget this idiot's suggestion for any kind of breast surgery whatsoever. You can do things with your small titties that women with big tits cannot do. Like wear a blouse that shows lots of chest. That is sooooo sexy. Breast augmentation will give you hideous tit lumps (in the eyes of a man) and eliminate half the males as prospective BFs.
