Jack and Jill went up the hill, did Jack push Jill or were they just clumbsy?

    What has always disturbed me about this one is that they were on a HILL. For the kid to have BROKEN his HEAD at the bottom he would had to land on it, on a rock or something. Were they playing on a hill above cliffs? And whatever happens to Jill? Does she split her head open as well? And do they DIE? Get concussions? Go blind? How do they get home?
