This is where the saying "The constitution will hang from a thread" comes from. As I was reading it I noticed that a lot of things have happened and are happening that are described in it. However Joseph F. Smith said:
“it was never spoken by the prophet in the manner in which they [Rushton and Turley] have put it forth.”
