Hey, if women can have breast augmentations, why can't you have hair replacement surgery? If it's affordable to you, go ahead and do it. You should go to different doctors for consultations before you decide who will do the procedure. Make sure that the surgeon is board certified in cosmetic surgery.
Keep it in mind that after the procedure, you will have to grow your hair out to cover the donor area scar that will be visible in the back of your head. Since very short hair is in style now, it's something to consider. Also, depending on the severity of your baldness, you may have to go through more than one procedure. Aside from everything else, do what makes you happy.
