What drives you crazy about your boss?

    1) When he sees me working on something he gave me to work on and he asks "What are you working on?". Really? It makes me want to respond with "my resume".
    2) When I'm working and he comes over to talk to me about personal stuff - diarrhea, home repairs, weekend plans, etc. Can I just get paid to work without small talk and go home at the end of the day.
    3) When I'm expected to bring in my own computer with certain programs that help work go faster but he refuses to buy.
    4) When I get phonecalls on my cell during my lunch hour because I'm not at the office.
    5) When he sends out billable work to another firm instead of letting me do it, costing him and the client more money, while I answer phones and doing crap typing work in an effort to remind me that even though I'm a college-degreed paralegal, I'm still just a secretary. His way of keeping me in check.
    6) Carrying on a conversation while I'm on a business call.
    7) Asking me who I'm on the phone with or who sent me a message when my cell phone rings.
    8) When he paces outside of the bathroom door waiting for me to come out of the bathroom.
    9) Calling in every 20 minutes when he's not in the office to make sure that I didn't leave and he makes up stupid crap to talk about.
    10) Sending me emails over the weekend related to work - monday though friday.
