I have been taking Tylenol PM for almost three years. Now I can't sleep unless I take it. Is this bad?

No. tylenol pm contains 25 mg. of antihistamine, which is not habit-forming and will make you sleepy one hour after ingesting.

If you do not need the ingredients in tylenol, you can buy the 25 mg of antihistimine at dollar general stores, for 2 bucks.
