I have been taking Tylenol PM for almost three years. Now I can't sleep unless I take it. Is this bad?

    your body has now become relient on the medication to sleep...they ussually warn you about this before you start taking the meds....like on tv for commercials they say that there is always a chance to become relient on the medication....but....asking your doctor right now would be a good thing....maybe theres a way that they can pull you off of it or something like rehab ya know? but i'm not sure
