    Chronic use of any Tylenol product will destroy your liver in time. So first it needs to be known why you are using Tylenol PM is it truly for pain and restless sleep due to pain or do you suffer from sleep disorder. The active sleep ingredient is available without Tylenol so this may help you find a substitute product. Now addiction per say is a state of mind as well as a physical need for a drug so again why you are taking this makes all the difference in the world You may find yourself with discomforts when you discontinue but without more info its hard to be able to pin point this for u
