Help answer this question below.

I have a 1998 chevy blazer replaced the intake manifold gasket and now it cranks but wont start i am getting gas but no spark.It was running when i took apart.I checked all connection they're ok Also replaced catalytic converter and muffler.

    hmm....in all of this mechanical work could any wires have been broken, loose, missed a connection, or brokn a sensor? A crank sensor to be exact... If you get it hooked up to a computer it should tell you if the crank sensor is reading. if it is unplugged, broken wire or damaged, the engine will not fire at all. but I would double check the coil or coils depending on whether you have a distributor or not. its new enough it should be an OBD-II diagnostic port. But the crank sensor is another possibilit that happens and most people overlook until they get to the auto shop.
