You're reading So people in england speak english. but their english is different then the english we speak in the US. so could you say we have a whole new language called American?

It shouldn't annoy you and you shouldn't be so judgmental. English varies in dialect from England to various parts of the US just as Spanish varies from Spain to Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico,and other Latin American countries. No dialect is better or more correct than any other.
