What's the best way to prevent condensation in a tent while camping in cold weather?

    Ventilation is the only way. make sure your bag is warm enough. Don't rely on the tent to keep you warm. I wouldn't burn anything bigger than a candle without venting it outside of the tent - especially if you have a nylon tent. Some cabin tents made for winter use have ports in the wall to vent wood burning stoves. With one of those you could keep it warm enough to prevent condensation.
