What's the easiest way to earn 5 points every time I answer a question here? What must I do to get Asker's pick?

You're reading Knowing perfectly well I'm going to alienate some people here: Haven't you got enough moderation points already? I mean, come on...
Comments
When the staff nukes a troll's account it deletes all their posts. They don't go through and delete them one by one using the moderation flag method (for lack of a better description). Nobody gets points for those.
Now, if a "normal" user posts something that is offensive, and you flag it - the staff deletes that one post based on your flag - so you get points.
