    I NEED PIE!

I can deliberately release adrenaline/noradrenaline, I think its just an accidental crossed nerve as I've not been able to teach it to anyone. it's on the same nerve my lungs are connected to (which makes sense as breathing and adrenaline are both controlled by the autonomic nervous system) the only way i can describe it is its feel like breathing in and out at the same time. maybe this is why meditation techniques focus on breathing?

If I push it slightly I can get my hairs to stand on end, with more concentration I can also deliberately dilate my pupils but that takes a lot of effort and they go back to normal quite fast. If I can push it further I literally start shaking and my strength is noticably improved but my co-ordination decreased as small movements are amplified greatly so i tend to overshoot, I cant keep that up for long though as my heart beats way to fast and it feel like I've been hit in the chest by a sledgehammer. It feels pretty nasty to push it that far as it's basically a deliberately induced panic attack I even get the classic "camera flashes" that are a common symptom of panic attacks. I don't think i could push it any further without causing some kind of damage
