Does the temperature affect how many calories we burn throughout the day/during exercising/working out?

    yes, when you get hot, you sweat more which helps you lose weight. like a sauna. but it's not rele good for you most of the time. this happens because your body needs to work to cool itself down.

    • sweating only helps you rid your body of water weight, which isn't a good thing because it leads to dehydration. A sauna doesn't help you lose weight, either, it just causes your body to sweat out all your water. The weight will come right back once you replenish the water in your body.
