Does a high fiber diet make you lose more weight? I'm fiber intolerant and I never eat anything with more than 1 gram of fiber in it.

If I drink 6 big water bottles a day (like 18 ml or whatever) but keep my same diet will I lose any bit of weight? im not fat but i not skin

sweating only helps you rid your body of water weight, which isn't a good thing because it leads to dehydration. A sauna doesn't help you lose weight, either, it just causes your body to sweat out all your water. The weight will come right back once you replenish the water in your body.
