I am doing interval training on the gym bycicle. My pulse rate gets very high but my breathing is not really highly solicitated. After a few minutes my beathing rate returns to normal. Am I doing interval training right?

You're reading Is it only me..but i run regularly and yet the start of my run can be sheer hell..i breath harder i feel the legs more.i sometimes struggle to the 4km..but then i run onto 10 or 15 km comfortably.Shouldnt the first part of the run be the easiest part?
