Help answer this question below.

Is it only me..but i run regularly and yet the start of my run can be sheer hell..i breath harder i feel the legs more.i sometimes struggle to the 4km..but then i run onto 10 or 15 km comfortably.Shouldnt the first part of the run be the easiest part?

    not if you don't strectch before you run. If you start running on tight muscles then yeah its gonna be hell at first. Once you get to 10-15km it feels comfortable cuz your muscles have loosened up by then.
