How can I improve my looks to look more feminine and, i guess, sexy?

I'm in great shape (5'9", size 1 jeans, 32 D), but i am a bit of a tomboy. I'm an outdoorsy archaeologist.
I tend to wear T's, hoodies and Jeans everyday. It's becoming difficult to grab guys' attention. I'm always seen as a friend.
Any suggestions on how to stand out and look more feminine?
