Help answer this question below.

at child support court the judge ask noncust.dad if he worked he said no.I found later he does.What will happen when court find out he lied?

    He would get slapped with perjury, that means lying to the courts.As far as the child support money, well you would have to prove how long and how much he makes if he is working under the table ..if he is working legally then the courts will send a form to his employer for verification of employment and earnings for the year to date.,and based on that they would determine child support payments and back payments.
