Why do so many hockey players wear those blue undershirts?

    I play on a club team and I swear by my underarmour shirts. I tried wearing different shirts and found that these were the best. Cotton shirts just soak up the sweat and hold it in. So after the game it absolutely stinks. I thought about not wearing a shirt, but then the sweat would just go into the pads and then it would still stink. but the underarmour allows the sweat to leave the body and has great ventilation.
