    Yes, Muslim men can marry Christian or Jewish women. Neither of you needs to convert.

    You do not need to cover your head and body (wear "hijab"), that's a cultural practice and not a religious requirement in the Koran.

    However, you should dress conservatively, and covering your hair is necessary IF you should ever enter a mosque.
