What anti-virus software do you recommend and what software do you have on your computer?

    On Linux, I use nothing because viruses aren't a problem.

    When I'm compelled to use Windows (at work, friends' computers, etc.) I recommend AVG -- it's free, has low system resource usage, and is highly rated by numerous reviewers and computer magazines.
