I do not believe there should be a "government" controlled age for underage sex. I believe parents should be the deciding factor at what age their children, especially in the case of girls, when they should be allowed to have sex.
Society as made sex at any age bad and the church has compounded the problem many times over with wrong teaching. Yet on the other hand totally condone violence of almost any kind. Killing, murder, destruction, violence against others especially women is accepted as normal.
God gave us sex not only for procreation but also for pleasure and enjoyment when done with care and love for the other person/s involved. That sex even "underage" sex is consensual. Consensual does not always mean direct from the person involved but can be given by the father as well. The father is the head of the home just as Jesus is the head of the father in that home. example: when Lot offered his virgin daughters up to the men outside his home protecting the visitors in his home. Lot, as father, had every right to do so.
Though not accepted by most churches God is pro-nudity and also pro-sex. Do not take this statement lightly or as an open door of approval, there is much behind what I have said here.
