Help answer this question below.

Most people seems to pronounce the year ' 2009 ' as " two thousand nine, " not " twenty oh- nine. " Yet, we pronounced ' 1999 ' as " nineteen ninety nine," not " one thousand nine hundred ninety nine. " What year will we change the " number spelling? "
